Worth knowing about your stay

Arrival and departure

On your arrival we ask you to note that the rooms are ready for occupancy from 5 pm.
On your departure, the rooms are to be vacated by 11 am.

Deposit information

Deposits in the amount of 20 % (50 % during Christmas and New Year's Eve) of the total amount should be transferred free of charge to our bank account.

Reductions

• with 3rd and 4th person in the room 20% of the room price
• For overnight stays with breakfast buffet the room price is reduced by 14 Euro for adults and 7 Euro for children and teenagers per day.
• from 4 and 7 nights
• in summer time - may till october - 14=12 - with 14 nights 2 nights are free

Extras

• Garage 30 Euro per day
• Local tax 3,90 Euro per person/night
• Dogs between 20 Euro and 30 Euro per night and without food (depending on size)
• if you book a room with two or more beds for a single person, there will be a 40 % surcharge

Extras for the Christmas and New Year period

In the period from 23.12. to 06.01. we recommend a stay of 14 nights, as we offer a nice and extensive program in a pleasant, dignified atmosphere.
In case of a shorter stay less than 7 nights, 20 % will be added.

Childcare

In general from Monday to Saturday from 9 am until 12 pm and from 4 to 9 pm our staff will take care of your offspring. Outside the opening hours of the children's club, childcare is available upon request.

Minibar

The minibar will be filled entirely according to your wishes, for this purpose, please let us know after your arrival.

Opening hours

• Generous breakfast buffet: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Afternoon snack buffet: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
• Dinner: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Bath and sauna area: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Cancellation conditions

For all reservations are valid our general cancellation policies, they are as follows:
Up to 14 days before your arrival your reservation can be cancelled free of charge.
Within the 14 days until 1 day before your arrival we will charge 70 % of the total amount, in case we should not find an alternative date to postpone your reservation.
If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Exception - Christmas and New Year's Eve period:
In case of cancellation at short notice 21 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged (70% according to Austrian hotel regulations).
