In the event of late cancellation (within 14 days of scheduled arrival), delayed arrival or premature departure, you will be charged the standard room rate (70% as per Austrian Hotel Guidelines). Seat of jurisdiction: Klagenfurt.
Please note that your room will not be available for check-in until after 3 p.m. on your arrival day.

You stay 14 nights, but you just pay for 12 nights. If you book 21 days of holidays you will just pay for 18 nights.
